Please verify that you have provided me with the appropriate documents prior to the start of your dogs stay.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
I will need a copy of your dogs veterinary records showing that your dog is up to date (dated within 1 year of stay) on your vets recommended vaccinations. Records may be e-mailed to Kayla@WheatlandDogCenter.com
At minimum, puppies and dogs must have their first and second round of DA2PP (Distemper, Adenovirus type 2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus). Puppies must be at least two weeks past their second shot prior to the start of training or boarding at Wheatland Dog Center.
