We're proud to raise AKC/UKC Labrador Retrievers that are fantastic hunting dogs and competitors, but even better companions. Temperament and health are everything, and we will always strive to produce dogs that are free of hereditary diseases and conditions, are consistent and biddable, accepting of change, friendly and good-natured with people and animals alike, and confident out in the field. Our dogs are eager to please, and tireless while out training or hunting.

I do my best to respond quickly, but I am typically out training and caring for dogs from 7AM-8PM when weather permits, so please be patient.

Our retrievers are AKC/UKC registered "field bred" Labrador Retrievers. They are bred to excel as active family pets, hunting companions, competitive field trial/hunt test retrievers, detection dogs, and performance dogs (agility, dock diving, ect.). We perform health testing as recommended for the breed, to include OFA Hip/Elbow certifications, OFA Cardiac testing, CAER (Eye) clearances, as well as the full genetic panel through Paw Print Genetics. 

Puppies are whelped and raised in our home, following Puppy Culture puppy raising protocols. We begin clicker (marker) training by age 5 weeks, to begin building a foundation and love for learning. Puppies go home at 8 weeks and will have been introduced to crate training, house training, wings/birds, a variety of livestock and other animals, children, and all your typical household activities and noises.

All of our puppies will have dew claws left INTACT, be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and deworming's, and be sold with a health guarantee and sales contract. Our puppy packet also includes all AKC/UKC registration paperwork, copies of parents health clearances, paperwork from puppy wellness exam and vaccinations, and be microchipped. 

I do have additional training packages available for Wheatland Retriever puppies. They include additional house and crate training, leash skills, foundational basic obedience, extensive socialization, and much more. These programs are highly customizable and range in length from an additional 6 weeks to 6 months here with me. Please contact me for more information and pricing details.
